Brought my daughter to school and decided to treat us to a couple of cups of Joe and breakfast. I ordered a coffee while my daughter (the Starbucks expert, as I call her) ordered an "everything" bagel and a white chocolate mocha. Her breakfast sure did smell good. The atmosphere is nice and the staff was very friendly. The "venti" (large) mocha is a pretty good size and the bagels are cheap.
I ordered an "everything bagel" and of course I wanted cream cheese with it. To my (and the cashier's surprise there was not any cream cheese left. The cashier went above and beyond and called their neighbor mini Starbucks station at another building. I believe it's called the business building. Not only did she call to ask if they had any, but when she was told yes they agreed to bring some over and she took it upon herself to go herself to meet them to get it. She then went around and made sure everyone who wanted cream cheese got some.
For this very reason I'm changing my review from a 3 star to 5. I salute you, kind lady. -

Coffee is always bad here. I have stopped going after dozens of attempts. Idk if people are being trained properly there but 5 dollars a cup is too much for burnt espressos and watered down coffee.
With my last experience, I ordered a grande drip coffee in a venti cup, as usual, but there was really only the amount of a tall in there. That's a 4oz difference. Im not one to say anything and usually like extra cream so I put the cream in. However, the coffee was very weak and I still had a bit of room at the top so I asked to have it topped off with a little more coffee. It wasn't a big deal until the manager (who originally took my order) told the girl who filled my cup that I had actually ordered a grande, like I was trying to pull a fast one. The reality is I was just trying to get what I paid for. But the fact that the manager said that with me still obviously right there and in clear earshot is the real point of the story. As a manager, that is unacceptable behavior and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be coming here again. -

i understand this is the shop in the campus but I wish the manager taking care of the service for the cashier. The lady who work today looks new as she needs someone to conduct her side by side. Well thats understandable. However, the attitude is something you cant teach. Her hospitality, the tone, the voice is not so welcome at all. If i have to start my day by getting coffee at here it will ruin my entire day. she take the order then she turn to her crew and ask " do u understand what she said" I think she can express her word in better way.
